Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
